I used Subversion for a project I did, they I stopped developing that, then after a long time, I found that folder and i wanted to copy it locally.

There was one problem, Subversion, created a folder named .svn in all the subfolders, and this had some more more folders in it (3-4 folder).

I wanted to get rid of it, before i copied the folder.

So the solution is this: (Problem, delete all subfolders named .svn)

First browse in the folder you want to start the search in, then run:

find . -name .svn -exec rm -rf {} \;

This will delete all subfolders named .svn no matter where they are, and all their subfolders.
